Today was full of excitement for me. Several of my patients were in need of deep penetrating rectal exams, something I am very good at giving. Using all my special instruments, made for a very rewarding feeling for my patients. Seeing the look on those satisfied faces, made me hot and wet between my thighs.
Once they relaxed and open up for my invasive intense exam, they soon become just as excited as I am. They feel how deep my gloved fingers search the inside of their now open and ready hole.
Pushing and pushing, finding the spot, my finger slides in very gently at first. They begged for me to go harder and deeper so believe me, it got rough, and they loved it.
Now it’s time to use my instruments to fully give them the ultimate enjoyment. You can guess what the end result will be. A cum filled explosion.
